Battery bank installation or replacement
Installation or replacement of batteries in an efficient and correct manner according to Brazilian standards, performed by qualified technicians, with NR10 certification and great experience to ensure the proper installation of each project.
Battery bank maintenance
Technical team specialized in assembly, installation and maintenance of racks and battery banks according to design validated by customer. Performance of preventive maintenance to analyze the efficiency of the equipment, ensure its proper functioning and diagnose possible failures, risks and operation interruption.
Collection of waste batteries
OPT is aligned and committed to CONAMA Resolution 401/2008 and carries out the environmentally appropriate destination of batteries with lead-acid as active principle, after its energy depletion. The scrap batteries can be collected free of charge at location requested by the customer or sent to the collection point at OPT’s plant in Extrema, Minas Gerais. Collected materials are sent to a recycling plant, licensed and controlled by the State Environmental Agency and IBAMA, where the components of the batteries are recovered, avoiding the impact on the environment. At the end, the Certificate of Final Destination is sent to the customer, proving that the company complies with environmental standards.
Technical inspections and special tests
Specialized team performs technical inspection and special tests on customer’s site or in our factory, with the purpose of analyzing and validating the equipment to ensure its full operation, safety conditions, among others.
Training
Sales, technical and supply team training for our clients with a focus on sales strategy and knowledge of product characteristics, presenting techniques and ways to identify and meet the needs of each project.
Issuance of reports
The issuance of reports proves and documents an analysis, guaranteeing the quality of provided service through technical and accurate data. The report focuses on information such as battery quality, capacity and customer service, among others.
Proper storage
Automated inventory with modern infrastructure to efficiently service the flow of operations and appropriate storage with adequate temperature to optimum operation and preservation of the product, ensuring charge control and maintenance of battery life.
